Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vuvu mobile application for Android (package name com.clickai.vuvu) and the website vuvu.world (together, the “Service”), operated by Click AI Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you are 18 or older and that the date of birth you provide is accurate. We may suspend or terminate accounts that do not meet this requirement.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account. You may only use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use.

3. AI-Generated Content

Vuvu companions are artificial intelligence. They are not real people, and their messages and images are generated by AI models. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or fictional, and is provided for entertainment purposes only. It is not professional advice of any kind — including medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice — and you should not rely on it as such.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service if you are under 18;
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to generate content that is illegal, including any content sexualizing minors;
• Harass, threaten, or harm others, or use the Service to impersonate any real person;
• Reverse engineer, scrape, disrupt, or interfere with the Service or its security features;
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our permission.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal use in accordance with these Terms.

You retain any rights you may have in the messages you submit. You grant us a license to process your messages and related content as needed to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. AI-generated images provided to you in the App may be used for your personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Rewarded Ads

The App offers paid subscriptions and in-app purchases. These are billed through Google Play and are subject to Google Play's payment and refund policies. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through Google Play before the end of the current billing period. Prices and features may change; changes will not apply retroactively to periods you have already paid for.

The App may also offer rewarded ads: you can choose to watch an advertisement in exchange for usage credits. Credits have no monetary value, are not redeemable for cash, are non-transferable, and may be modified or discontinued at any time.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. Account deletion is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate the Service or your access to it at any time for violation of these Terms, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose, or one hundred US dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you through the App or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
